The Christmas tree has been conquered and the house is slowly but surely getting back to normal as stacks of bins and boxes turn into decorations

Yeah. We usually put the decorations up in Nov this is early even for us. Thanks to events and trips and open houses and family obligations and such Mom decided to start last week. I didn't argue with her.
Oh no, it's nowhere near done. Just the tree, which was my responsibility this year. The upstairs studio and kitchen are more or less done. She still has the downstairs (filled with her ceramic Christmas village vignettes plus a second smaller tree), her office, her bedroom, the lights in the windows and all the outside decorations. Thankfully it's all her show now, I’ve fulfilled my obligations.
Personally I'd be fine with the one big tree, Christmas tea cups in the china cabinet and a wreath on the door but like I said it's her house. :P
I'm having good days and bad. It is better but I think that is mostly because I've been taking it easy and not decorating a Christmas tree the last few days! :P

Hope you find something fun for the corset! Stash stopping can be fun, once you find the right sub-stash (in my case).
