Hey girliegirl32786 I found a pic online of that cockade we saw at the James Monroe Museum... figured out how to make it yet? :>

Funny...I recently dug up an old Threads mag that has instructions about how to make cockades...couldn't remember who was talking about them. Maybe it was you two at our Poe outing?

Issue number 74, I think: 1998. There are some fun variations, and I was inspired to dig into my stash of silly ribbon bits to play around. I'll have to post some pics.
