Hey Jenny! I know this is an old post, but I saw something and thought of you :)

The place where I get physical therapy is doing a running clinic.

It is Jan 21. Lecture from 8:45-9:30 on training/performance/injury prevention. Then they have individual screenings for: gait analysis, posture, stretching. Easy Runner and A World of Difference Therapy Services are doing it. When I am running and doing well at it, I get into it and love stuff like this. Thought you might want to check it out, Ms Runner :)

Thanks Carrie. Is there a cost for this? Where is it? Also, I added you as a friend so now you can view all my entries. I have most of them locked but you seem like a good person and I wouldn't mind you reading them.

Nope! It is FREE!! Do you know where Gusano's is? It is b/t Chenal and Cantrell on Rahling.
