Lettuce, fresh chives and thyme, carrots, apple, raisins, cheese and a glass of Les Jamelles, Mouruedre red wine.

Yes you and everyone in the world should. It gives you so much more energy and you feel instantly better within a few days. The catch is you have to KEEP eating healthy. :)
