Haha, raw eggs. I suppose if you want it to have the traditional greenish cast you would use extra virgin olive oil in place of vegetable oil. I made aioli once that looked nastily green due to the olive oil. All it had was vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, yolks, salt and oil.
