...unless you are inundated with 2 feet of snow. Gah, I now understand when I first moved into this area WHY when we asked the realtor what do we do if it snows real bad...He said,"call work and say see ya in a week". I started the long and arduous process of re-digging out the driveway where it was plowed in in varying levels. It is prooving to be ( Read more... )

I feel your pain. One of our neighbors decided to plow the little side alley (more like a driveway) behind our houses. Since we have the last rowhouse, it all got plowed right in back of our house.

Kids are now sledding down the enormous mound of snow that is blocking our cars. I am so pissed.

lovely. we have no place to go with the snow. i pile it up, cause an avalanche so it evens out behind it.
this is so annoying. i just want to get out of the house and I know it is going to be an adventure once we do...

Similar story down here. If we could get the car out of the carpark we'd be OK, but they havn't plowed yet. Grrr. I think the plow chappie is a big wuss - scared of the slope at the entrance to the carpark. I'm a going nutso.....

I need some of those orange blinky cones to sanction off part of the street so i can back out. This is not going to be fun.

I stomped down and kicked a bit of it away from the drivers side so I can at least pull out of the driveway. sick of snow. sick of snow. sick of snow.
I can't even get out of my back door. It is completely snowed shut.

if it's a warm day you can shovel some of the snow into the street where the cars will run over it and melt it. i know they say you're not supposed to, but sometimes there's nowhere else to put it.

did you know that those rich bastards on the mainline have bulldozers and other construction gear come dig their pampered asses out?! i could watch the excavation from my train ride.
