I guess I have some news to catch up as far as the Senate - Congress - Govenor stuff goes...from the majority of "fuck" posts on my friends list - aside from Rendell winning, everything else sounds like the Republicunts won majorites and stuff

It really does suck, they've taken the Senate and retained the House. I can only hope that they don't fuck things up too badly in the next two years. Maybe this will push people over the edge, and Bush will wear out his welcome. *sigh*

Who am I kidding, it seems like we live in a country of blind idiots.

The idiot level in this country is divided into a few segments - The Jerry Springer Show level of Idiocy, Wealthy Conservative Idiocy and Relgious/Righteous Idiocy. And then there is that special brand of idiot that combines all three and starts a charter school for warping the minds of children with fundamental christianity (oh wait was that my outside voice?)

Sadly, the intellectual/intelligentsia in this country is probably becoming a minority if it isnt already.
