I'm everything I need, anywhere. Jacob and I broke up a few days ago after being together for a year and some months. He lives about two hours away, so we'd always have some small gaps between seeing each other, but it was always worth it. This time, I hadn't gone down to his house since early January. Its always good to keep busy, and you sound like your holding up (not that you would do anything BUT hold up - you give off many indepenedent vibes). as far as before bed, when you cant sleep and you toss and turn and think, just take tylenol simply sleep and doze off to the daily show (or maybe something thats on tv at 8:00pm, if thats what it comes to)..

.. i always feel like, for me personally, im like "tomorrows a new day!" and i wake up feeling refreshed, but the hardest part can be getting to sleep in order to get to that new day.. so.. sleeping pills.

To me, the worst part of any hardship is before bed. Once it's silent and dark, you have nothing to distract you. I always find a movie on TCM and watch it intently until I can no longer hold my eyes open. This is going to sound weird, but I'll also plan my wedding. Or imagine having my first child. Or traveling exotic places with someone. Anything that's supposed to be really happy, because it's calming. I'm sorry the relationship didn't work out, but each one is a little stepping stone until something comes along that just fits. And if none of this makes you feel better, retail therapy always puts me in an excellent mood :)
