I love champagne. LURRRRVE it. :) My favorite is Billecart-Salmon Brut Rose. It's a little on the pricier side, but if you have an occasion to get it, it's just lovely. :)

Eek! I just looked up the price. The last time we bought a case, it was around $40-$50 a bottle. It's now $70-$80!

That's inflation (I bet it's the dollars loss of value against the euro!)...mmm - I'll keep an eye out though!

I'm LOVING the sparklies right now! (well I always love them...but mmmm - right now I'm drinking lots :-)

I always love a bubbly!
I've had a couple of the J's but not Rose.
Can't wait until summer when we stock up on the roses, cavas, proseccos etc.

They really are summery! I think I'm feeling like summer "might" come with some of these warmer evenings - I can't wait! I haven't had many cavas - are they sweeter?

I picked up POM yesterday so I could make POMbelini's - mmm :-) But it seems cooler/cloudier today...bleck!
