I've tried making vegan cookies and just never got the hang of it, but I must say your cupcakes look great! (that sounds kinda odd, rereading it, but you know what I mean)

god damnit i'm too far away! according to a friend of mine the newer moosewood cookbook has some great receipes for such things. i haven't tried any yet but they sound scrumptious. yay food.
