My entire body hurts from Karate last night! Ok so not quite, but my legs and my neck. I'm not really sure why my neck hurts so much but it does! Apparently the school forgot to tell my Sensie that there was going to be a new student so he wasn't expecting me. But it was all good. Just learned some basic stuff. Class is cancelled for tomorrow
