There was a period of time when Nicole made these at least once a week. I consider it a minor miracle that we didn't gain a hundred pounds each that year

Nicole is actually the reigning queen of Baked Goods in our household - she could make these cookies while blindfolded if she tried. She also makes great cheesecake (I've got to make her teach me how).
