Hiya!! I've been doing a lot of cleaning of my place within the last couple of days. I realize that I have way too much stuff and I'm thinking of having a garage sale pretty soon. I need money and I wouldn't mind getting rid of a lot of stuff.

I've decided I am going to Fanimecon. I just need to get a hotel going since I do plan on hopefully staying

It's probably a little too close to the con to get a hotel room, though you might have better luck with a place near to but not attached to the convention center. On the other hand, personally I don't think Fanime is really worth the $300+ it would probably take to get a hotel room. Money-wise you're definitely better off taking up Mike's offer to stay at his place, and in a pinch you could crash in the spare room at my place.
