You know what I realized? I do indeed dance when I have a cookie. But it doesn't just end with cookies, candy or chocolate works too. And money. Or when I'm comfy, like in a bean bag chair, or with a warmd cup of cider/hot cocoa. I just get this urge to snuggle down, and so I do
