wrisomifu is an alternative to Nanowrimo. I’m playing there, because I cannot possibly keep up with Nano.
None of which really matters, but the point is that at yesterday’s check in, they did a drabble fest.

I failed to write two drabbles, since one’s almost 300 words and the other’s over a hundred, so call ‘em un-beta’d ficlets.

Prompt: What show or ( Read more... )

"Am I a lion? No, though I have a mighty roar."

8-)

I'll have to let the lizard brain work on it a while. I'm elbow deep in M-verse and, because I failed my save v shiny, a few thousand words into yet another story that no one else wants to read.

But I promise I'll sit down and read what you've got of Tempus Fugitive this weekend.

Yeah, cause you SERIOUSLY need to meet Hairy Meg. I cannot be the only person in the world who digs her, I refuse to allow the possibility!

She is wonderful and I really rather like Lusie. I feel for Sophie, but not with her. That's fairly typical for me, though, so is probably a good sign from your point of view.

Okay - THESE I can understand. Sam and Dean in alternate universes (and why is Dean STILL the hardass?) and I love how you introduced Gibbs in the "probie"/Tony conversation (as always happens). So great...

Gimme more NCIS! (Um, and chupacabras? I know someone who sells that stuff, does tarot readings, and has dream-interpretation books. I don't really buy into it all, but she's a cool friend who helped me through a lot of weird emotional stuff in the past few years, so I'm here if you want a connection. Not sure if she does mail-order, but I can be a go-between, if necessary.)

Loved these two stories. Yep, you be a writer. Get on it, girl. You have some wickedgood stuff, and the world should be reading it!

The chupacabras are part of a long series of stories, so no worries there, but I'm glad you liked the little scenes.
