Well have had a momumentally crap day in fact a crap week really. Am so pissed off with people who just don't have common manners of thank you and please it infuriates me. And as for work well that just takes the buscuit have been told today unless I hit 100% which is 5000 pts in 2 weeks of my target for this quarter I will not be getting a pay

I also agree with elektrobard on the hugs bit.

Finally remember that your understanding of the need for manners makes you a far better person that the ones you're dealing with. Not exactly helpful and uplifting, but accurate.
