My computer is being SUPER gay right now. Apparently Norton is disabled. How the fuck that happened I'm not sure cause I don't know a darn thing on how to work that system. There are like 3 billion applications running some where on my computer, I just can't see them. The stupid fan is running like a mile a minute when like only 1 program is

Sounds like you have a virus. Those will shut down Norton all the time. Go to www.iolo.com and download the System Mechanic Pro 6. There are a buch of tools on there that you can run to clean up junk on your system, remove spyware/adware, and even tweak the settings of the computer (which is harmless) to make it run faster.

My comp was doing kind of the same thing(as far as the fan spazzing out and everything going SLLLLLOWWWW) a few weeks ago...

Except mine got really hot too, so Chad told me to buy one of those air-duster things and spray out the dust on the fans/vents.

Not only was it WAY too entertaining, but it also worked.
