I mean its in the morning and i shouldnt even be that high. Than after that i made appt to go donate blood for red

my blood pressure is over 140 this morning n 150-160 at night, but my gp told me to monitor for another month... scared the hell out of me everytime it shoot up to 160...

should have waited till w is done but i was itchy n now i 'm hooked... sigh...

aw that sucks if you wake up in the morning it should be less than 130 i never went pass 140 i sit at the health department around 12pm to 1pm that should be calm but it went up to 135 lol nervous and they said something else.

i think urs still ok n probably the jump is just at tgat point in time, which happens all the time, i hope i dont need to take meds though...

just getting birth control pills but its annual pap smear after 3 yrs lol. just hate that when getting blood pressure it goes high even when its early morning
