Things are looking up, thankfully. The regular doctor is back today and says he is not near as worried as his partner was that the squishy bone might just be inflammation. this is good. We also found out yesterday the exact strain of the infection, and it is not a super horrible one. The antibiotic they had him on originally will work for that ( Read more... )

All the time I have had off lately had not been exactly what I thought it would be. I left work early both Wednesday and Thursday which was nice. Thursday I came home early intending to go to the gym right away, and fell into bed, slept for a good long while, then thought about going to the gym before evening plans began. I got an email from the possible new job today, saying I would have to wait until January 3rd to get an answer, or more that is when I will hear. If I have to be patient I suppose I can do it. The one true thing I was hoping to get for Christmas I will have to wait until Monday to find out if I get it. The new job, I had the interview yesterday and it went really well. This lovely office job I have comes with the standard forms of entertainment, basically none, unless you include the fact that we can get to the internet here (which has not always been the case). I feel much better today than I did the last couple days. I think I have some things sorted out in my own mind, they make sense to me now so I can move forward instead of spend so much time just letting the ideas and such mull around in my mind, getting nothing done in the mean time.
