Theater snafu resolved. Now just have to get the lighting, sets, costumes, blocking fully ironed out in 2 weeks.

Yeah. Only that. :(

Oh well - we've come this far. And I know ALL MY LINES! :)

Keep breathing, hon. Sounds like you're on track.

And congrats on having all your lines down. Shakespeare's not easy....

The lines were actually not stressful at all for me. It's just the directing that's killing me.

I know it might sound weird, but I found Shakespeare easier to memorize than my "Vagina Monologues" part. It might be the rhyming. But I've also always felt a natural affinity for Shakespeare. Maybe in another age I was a Shakespearean actor/actress and I'm just hearkening back to a past life. ;)

Well, he wrote so illiterate masses could memorize his stuff easilly. So there's something to the rhyme train of thought....

*hugs* congrats on both the resolving and the memorization - I have a sneaking suspicion that it's going to be awesome :)

Thanks, Coral! I'm still nervous, cause we don't have a set (at all - we're going minimal on this thing) - so it will be down to the acting to carry us through. I've got some great people in the cast, but I also have a few who worry me. Oh well. I'm doing what I can do. Next year I'm putting Shakespeare on in August so I can show it in the outdoor ampitheater. June/July here is, unfortunately, the rainy season.

Hope all is well with you! :)
