Dream/s that I had last night

In the first part, I was sleeping next to someone male and I had this huge ball of phlegm in the back of my throat. I started to try to hack it up, it took a while, but I was making progress. Somewhere between hacks, dude woke up and asked if I was okay, and I said yeah and continued hacking. I got it all up and spit the huge wad of mucus-
