Prior to lovely, loverly birth control pills, my body always knew when I was on a trip and even if it was three weeks before she was due, Aunt Flo would arrive.

I used to be the most regular woman I knew. Then Live Journal happened. I blame LJ because of the large number of women on my flist who have their period at exactly the same time every month. It's a little creepy, really. At least this time I can blame it on being around someone in person.

I feel you on the horrid periods. And hey, I'm on progesterone-only pills, which help with the cramps and heavy bleeding (course, I'm still emotional, but hey, the pill can't cover everything), and they're cheap, so that might work for you if Seasonale is expensive.

I think I need to have a good long talk with my doctor about the BC situation, because honestly, this is ridiculous. I'm 34 and I can no longer trust my cycle.

I'm still undecided about what to do about this. The fact that I had more migraines on the pill concerns me, because it puts me at a higher risk for stroke. I think I need to talk to my doctor about it. It's getting very inconvenient.
