A little. I took two generic benadryl (same active ingredient as OTC sleeping pills, did you know that?)and they knocked me out. I managed to mostly sleep through the night, which was much much much needed

It doesn't sound that way at all (the banishment part). We keep some of Samantha's remains on our mantle (I spread half of her ashes over her hunting ground at our former family home in Iowa City) along with a tuft of fur pulled from her brush and her old collar.
