Title: The Everlasting Rating: PG-13 for now Spoilers: Up through end of season 2 Pairing: Alec Hardison/ Eliot Spencer Warnings: None for *this* chapter... Disclaimer: Don't own, don't sue, don't take this too seriously.
Seriously, though, this is fantastic. And wrenching. And horrific and riveting and heartbreaking and and so many other things. I just ache for Eliot, for his determination even in the face of his pessimism and his sheer need for Alec to be alive.
Love the line about Parker and Hardison being able to rule the world. And Sophie still looking out for her "kids" is sheer win.
Now, you know, WRITE FASTER!!! I need the happy reunion!!!
Don't worry, the reunion is happening very soon...or *is* it? Mwahahahaaaa...
I'm writing right now, and making fairly decent headway, but since my rate of posting when I've promised to post is so crap, I'm not going to say exactly how soon. But it will be soon as I can, promise.
I've been thinking that having Sophie kind of go AWOL on the show has really been helpful, as far as writing goes. Though I keep writing her as this benign omniscient woman who comes in at the last minute, knows everything, and saves the day. Wow. I think I might have just deified her. Sweet. *considers a pantheon AU, where they all have bitchin' powers*
Such a dangerous place. Love that Eliot is so determind to get to Boston, and Alec. I hope he gets to catch up with Alec and Parker soon, sounds like they will need him.
I loved how grim and dark you have painted America after the disaster, and the constant struggle to survive.
Fantastic installment. Omg, the images you paint in my head of postapoca!america are amazing. I can see the devastation and feel the struggal the characters are going through.
