1. It's been decided: new bras trump new socks. Unless you have toe socks and those weird "barefoot" shoes with the five toes, because ridiculous+ridiculous=awesome.

2. I've just finished the rough (And man, do I mean rough) draft of my story for thebigbangjob. WOOT! Setting it down for a few days so I've got fresh eyes when I start to edit.

Congrats to finishing the rough draft...that's awesome. And good you don't want to set it on fire, I'd like to read it when it's done ;).

Sorry, don't write Leverage fic (yet, maybe one day). But I feel it's quiet all around as well, very little to read. It's summer and soon bb season, so people probably work on that.

Sleeping in is a good thing...very good. Have fun with that :).

Hee! Thanks! I'm totally enjoying the post-writing high, which has yet to be supplanted with editorial rock bottom. But this one's standing a much better chance of getting read, if for no other reason than it's getting really late in the game for starting something up from scratch if I want to meet the deadline. :)

Sleeping in is a good thing. It just occurred to me that sleeping is actually part of the equation. :D

I had such plans for the last one, but didn't want to start until I had an answer to my question which didn't happen until today!! :( Anyway, I will be writing for this week's 500. There's a page open in openoffice as I speak.

As for writing. I'm trying!! XD I'm 'on holiday' and have yet to reach that point where my brain has gotten over the whole 'OMG I CAN PLAY WOW WHENEVER I WANT!!!!'

Toe socks and Vibram Five Fingers are both awesome, but you don't wear them together. Well, I suppose some people probably do, but mostly VFFs are meant to be worn without socks.

Right on. Yeah, I haven't seen anyone wearing them with the socks, but I like the idea of it. Random question: do you wear VFFs? I've been hearing a lot about them and keep seeing them at the local sports outfitters and outdoors magazines and such, but can't tell if it's all hype or what... Tempted to try them, though. :)

Yeah, I wear VFFs. I tend to have foot pain no matter what shoes I wear, so I got interested in them in hopes that my feet wouldn't hurt. Honestly, the fact that I could not find any negative reviews anywhere on the Internet kind of made me nervous...it kind of felt like they might all be fake reviews. But they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.
