Honestly the answer is to bitch and bitch long and loud. Get in their faces, complain, tell them you're talking to others about it. Seph ended up in a craptastic school when we moved here, her district school. She got beat down, literally. I went to the principal and the school board. Two weeks later her school was changed.

Go to the school board. Find out what the policy is. Have her tell them why she is asking, that she thinks it's because she's biracial and they aren't rich enough to buy their way into a PUBLIC school. Mention going to the press. Talk about the ACLU and the possibility of her disability and them discriminating against her for it. Be NOISY but not rude and obnoxious. Make them realise that you have no problem with making sure the WORLD knows just what they're doing.

Seen this time and again and it works. I made this work. Make sure it looks like you are the damaged party. They're hurting your daughter's chances at a good life because, all you can, is that she's is biracial.
