Urgh. :X

It seems you will have to deal with extra cushioned kneecaps and have to give some nice massages to your knees or some other kind of exercises to rehabilitate them.

Good luck. *hugs*

Eh. he has no backbone when it comes to customers.
...
He has no backbone altogether.
On several occasions he has taken a customers word over mine.

He's also knows for taking what would be offhand, jokey comments and turning them into full blown bollockings

If he is going to be that way, then he'd better write you a very specific letter saying why that makes you 'unfit' and help you get benefits if he's very serious about laying you off for that.

But that's just me.

Am thinking of goint to the doctors and requesting all my notes for both my knee problem and my broken foot from a few years ago.

putting this together with a nice letter to him explaining what's going on.

What gets me is people get a slight twinge in their back and fuck off work and claim benefit.
I've had knee problems, shoulder problems and even worked for MONTHS on a broken foot (which still aggrivates me from time to time >.<)
And when i bring up the problem amd told i'm unfit.
Maybe i SHOULD claim benefit >.
