A baby boy in Florida (who is 2 weeks younger then Forest) is fighting for his life in the PICU because he was shaken by his daycare provider. Spice Girls announcment sparks speculation of a comeback!

Hey all! So 3 days after doing my first 5K race, I've decided that I need to get into good enough shape to run in next time! So I came up with a plan and went for my first run tonight after Spuddy boy went to bed. WHOO HOO! Talk about runner's high! I feel great. Thats the most active I've been in 18 months! YAY!

Yesterday Spud and I walked in the Seattle race for the cure. I thought it was a lot of fun (not very often you get to walk on the viaduct!) but Spud wasn't too thrilled until we got back to Qwest Field and he got something to eat.
