So a few weeks ago, I went to my second comic-com ever. This was the ComicConn! at Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut. It was a lot of fun but it felt more low-key and subdued than the one I went to two years ago.

About a week ago, I posted the 21st chapter of "In the Twilight Kingdom," to ff.net. This story is so close to being done that it feels like there's actually a light at the end of the tunnel. It's been hard trying to write two, long, complex stories at the same time and I'm definitely not planning on doing that again.

It’s that time of the year again where summer is ending and the new T.V. season is about to begin. There are seven new shows that I’m going to give a try this year. Some of them are mid-season replacements without any definite start dates yet. We’ll have to wait and see which of them manage to last until next season.

I waited a while before watching “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” I wanted to let some of the crowds die down somewhat before watching it.
