Isn't it just:
腐女子 = girl
貴腐人 = woman
...?

Yeah... I kind of got that idea after looking it up and asking around a little. XD; I didn't know about it before, so that's why I asked.

Not much of a difference according to my dictionary, just the pronunciation. I'd think the first one is more gender specific, even though both state "a girl who..."

It's more age specific but it can be viewed as ranks of... fujoshi-ness, lol. There's another higher rank, if I remember correctly XDD
