I'm sure there are a couple of tutorials on how to make a reservation at the Butler Cafe Swallowtail in Ikebukuro, but I'll make an attempt at making an up-to-date one for now.

Most of the time I went to the store above it, I didn't even realize the cafe was there... until last time I was in Tokyo in winter. XD;

Excellent guide! I think the complicated process of getting reservations to swallowtail throws off a lot of foreigners who would love to visit.
