Question to people who have gone to Swallowtail Cafe before...

Okay, I submitted a question post to expatsjapan... hopefully it goes through. But I'll ask here too because I know a couple of you have been to Swallowtail Cafe before. I'm asking this for some friends.

How much English do they know? or How much Japanese do you need to know to get by in there?If you don't know any Japanese, is that bad? What's the normal ( Read more... )

huh! i never knew it was a cafe~ the last 2 times i always went to the little pastry shops cuz they have the BEST presentation~~ once my sister and i wanted to get the christmas roll thing (we were there during xmas) but the line was crazy~

i hope you post you're experience/knowledge! i definitely want to try next time~~

Haha, yeah. Actually, their options aren't so wild now.

1) Omatase = sorry for the wait
2) Odekake no ojikan de gozaimasu = Time to head out
3) Goshuupatsu no ojikan de gozaimasu = Time for your departure
4) Jyouba no ojikan de gozaimasu = Time for horseback riding
