My interpetation is that her peaceful reading is interrupted by the dude making a scene with the girls clinging on him. She thinks they outta go elsewhere and he thinks "The more the merrier cause i'm that good". She comments she's not some item on a list and he goes after her...

How close am I so far?

Uhh, the original is linked... from the link... [and from here now, I guess] and has the gist of the intended dialogue [which I didn't feel like putting to concrete words 'cause imaginary dirty talk is a billion% more interesting than any actual dirty talk =p
