Not fast enough as the correct answer has already been posted, but some clues:

1) You can easily eliminate everything over one hundred, as all of those numbers would include, as a subset, the numbers one through ninety-nine.

2) One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, and nine all fail the test, so:

3) The number must be a multiple of ten, and less than one hundred.

I say go ahead and colonize Mars. We know of at least one alien race that apparently has faster then light travel (or they're located close by and invisible to us) and such a big undertaking could potentially unite people to work together who would otherwise not bother with each other's time.

FTL Travel: We haven't found the tech to allow us to handwavium inertia.
