I like this math/word idea thing, but it sounds like it would be better suited to a puzzle more than a board game. Still, if you bother to prototype it, I'll give it a shot!

I doubt that Tic-Tac-Toe is a fair game. Generally whoever goes first wins 95% of the time unless player 2 knows the blocks and then no one ever wins. :)
