There's a big difference between 29 and -29!

True, I may be thinking too far out of the box. I was thinking in terms of a bank account or a hole in the ground. If you have a 29 inch hole and you take a way an inch of dirt, you get a 30 inch hole. But a hole in my mind is a negative value so I may have unduely added "-" to my math above.

I think the hole analogy is pretty good though.
