I think it's Mike's "American" Grill because Mike's is one of the "Great American Restaurants" in the area; I think there are three? Anyway, I think it's to suggest that "American" in this case has a double meaning, referring both to the cuisine and to the restaurant's membership in this restaurant "chain."

In PR, a small mistake, especially early, can hurt in a big way later... you did come in third, though, and beat out the two really confident players at the table, so I wouldn't worry much. If need be, I can of course give you guys more tips and suggestions while playing, now that you know the rules pretty well, if only so you have a different perspective on the game.

And *I* hope that you finish your MoD story! I want to read it when everything is filled in and it's at the revision stage. =.)

The first parking job probably isn't double parking... maybe if that sliver of a space is for motocycles, but I dunno. The second though is clearly a reason why suger will fit into a gas tank. :D
