For the second year in a row, I owe money to the Feds, which is getting a bit old. How is it Target isn't withholding enough each year? This year, I owe $70.50, up from the $19 or whatever last year.

I haven't done my state taxes yet--I'm too annoyed at the moment X/ ...Tadayo isn't helping 9_9

What withholding do you have your W4 at?

Defaults, far as I know. I don't have a spouse or kids or other dependents, so just me. I also had to add in withholding for state taxes, after last year, but that wouldn't affect my federals.

Recheck them, defaults may not be enough. I usually put 0 withholdings to make sure enough is taken.
