Blasted FanForum has been down since just about the time Merlin ended, so I haven't been able to post about the latest episode! Frustrating, when I have so much joy & squeeing I want to share with my fellow A/G fans! :(

I was very much looking forward to this episode when I saw the preview last week. I was hoping for a few A/G scenes as we've had little this season, so was utterly surprised when we got loads.
Beautiful scenes this week. I have to admit I wasn't really paying attention to their scene in Arthur's chambers, but I still got the feeling of sadness.
And the skipping. I aww'd out loud. So cute. I love these two. <3

It was a kind of sympathetic hand, but I was kind of surprised no one noticed the familiarity right then and there, rather than later on.I agree. I've actually come to the conclusion that the people in Camelot are very short-sighted, not picking up on The A/G-ness or at least Morgana's evil smirks. I do find it a bit odd that she did notice a small glance, she's just come way more perceptive since she's become 'evil.' And yes, I'm still in denial about Morgana turning over to the dark side ( ... )

Arthur is the cutest. And their flirting was so cute. And again flirting in a public place. I thought that corridor was one of the main ones? I mean you'll hear no complaints from me, but they are going to get found out soon if they carry on like this. But then that'd be great, because then they can be open about their relationship. I'm actually surprised that we haven't seen Camelot's optician yet, that place must be the busiest in Camelot!

I was reminded of Morgana as well when Elena said that thing about beating Arthur. My Arthur/Morgana shipping side of my heart is still mourning them.

I agree, Camelot needs more women who aren't evil.I'm still hoping For Morgana, but I know that's kind of a lost cause.

I don't know, Maybe Gwen is secretly rich. Or, in my dreams, Arthur gave it to her as a present. That'd be nice. I doubt it though.

Optometrist? lmao. We should go back in time and set up shop. You know they need it, and we'd be so rich! lol.

Well, I don't mourn Arthur/Morgana, but I do mourn Gwen/Morgana, because they seem to be being sacrificed at the same altar, where the innocent friends who've never harmed her and never would are being bumped off. :(

My thoughts on the dress were perhaps the present thing, though I doubt Gwen would accept anything like that from Arthur, at least at this stage. Perhaps a raise in pay? Possibly she bought the material and made it herself (as she IS supposed to be the best seamstress in all of Camelot, according to Merlin in 1x05).
