I don't have Dirge of Cerberus yet so shut up. I'm too poor at the moment from all the manga but god, Kairi Shimotsuki's yaoi is so freakin' pretty and shounen-like and I wish it would just GET HERE ALREADY DAMN YOU JPQUEEN and I'm wondering if politely saying to Steven "BUY ME DIRGE OF CERBERUS GODDAMMIT" would possibly work a second time around ( Read more... )

I think he has a different voice actor.

I don't have it either DX but everyone around me likes it, though Reeve has a mullet. =P

I actually liked his VA, but a smoother voice would have rocked. (It is the same VA, actually. =/ Ah... well.)

I was expecting the plot to suck. I'm still not sure what Deepground wants to accomplish exactly, but I've found myself liking the new characters. I'm not an SHM fan but the Tsviets are pretty cool. And all of a sudden I LOVE Reeve. That new chick, Shalua Rui, has me as a fan now, too. :O HER+HER SISTER=♥

The gameplay is eh. It's got Metal Gearish elements. (Nothing like DMC like people have been saying. wtf.) There's a lot of sneaking, sniping, and shooting. The only problem is the controls. Once you get them set the way you like them you should be fine, though. You can't hold nearly enough Potions and I think everything is a little expensive in the "shops".

And Cait Sith needs more HP. It's ridiculous. You'll inevitably get noticed by guards as him.

So the new characters aren't too bad... this is a good thing.

Sniping I'm good at (in MGS, at least) but god, sneaking. I blow with that. Eww, limited inventory? Crap. I've hated that ever since RE1. asdlfkh

Do you HAVE to use Cait Sith?

You really have to pick your positions well for sniping, though. Otherwise you'll get shot to hell. D:

You can only have 4 Potions, 2 Hi-Potions, and... I don't really use anything else. Limit Breaks are controlled with items called "Limit Breakers" and you can only carry 2 at a time. =\

And yes. You have to use Cait Sith. His voice is adorkable, though. 8D Speaking of voices, I think Steve Blum did a lot better this time. At points he sounds just like the voice he did for Roger from Big O. XD; It makes me giggle.

The graphics are good and Vincent looks pretty, which shallow me likes. But the controls are reminiscent of the Killer game, which I played for as long as it took me to die once before giving up on it lol. You got the left analog to move, the right analog to control camera and gun sight then R1 button to shoot and I keep wanting to hit the X button instead, since I've played too much Resident Evil lol.

Unbeknownst to me, I have a reservation for it at some electronics store at the mall. They left a message on the answering machine for me o.O

I have no money to buy it, either. Ha. XD (If I don't like my copy, I can give it to you, but I have no fucking clue when I'll be picking it up ._.)
