"Singaporeans did not pay for her."I know the Ris Low issue has been flogged to death by now, and now that she has stepped down, I have nothing for her but best wishes and better diction. ERM is probably too busy running background checks on the next contestant and sending them for English classes before they can be unveiled to the masses. Or maybe they are busy trying to do some damage control: I just heard from a Russian friend that Russian media reported it as Ms Ris Low was disqualified for shoplifting knickers.

Well, it really depends on why Ris came in first-and I suspect it has something to do with all these strange sums that ERM has been paying for her....
