someone told me before that thailand actually bought over our old mrt/transitlink card system... did you notice? at the subway ... i somehow recall the buttons being exactly like the ones we used to have.. that they lit up when you put in the amount... or something like that..

Hahahaha... I seriously suspect they did; the gantries and magnetic farecards look exactly the same.

And if you look at their new subway line, it looks uncannily like a certain NEL....

wow, so RTJ went with you guys. I'm a little miffed with him cos he wrote me an email out of the blue, I replied agreeing to meet, and he never gave a reply thereafter. sheesh. I hate these sort of friends.
