Good on you for standing your ground at the restaurant.

With regards to the religion thing, every religion will say they're the best, that everyone else's religion sucks. In Islam, "by default", everything/everyone is Muslim. But that's something we should keep to ourselves, lah. Don't go rubbing it into people's faces. Or showing off until like that.

I think there must be something in the Book that says it's not good to do that. Things like this make it very hard for those who are trying their best to get along with everyone else in this multi-ethnic/religious society of ours.

But I think some people just don't care.

Damn right there dude.  Every religion thinks they're right and are obsessed with world domination, but there's a difference between believing that you're right, and trying to make the rest of the world think so too.
