How to Credit - a reminder!

Why Credit?

You should give credit to an iconmaker/designer/artist/lifegiver whenever you use an icon that you haven't made yourself. Even icons that have been edited by you, but the resource came from somebody else, you should give credit. People are often drawn to a journal firstly by someone's icon(s). Such people, as myself, love to use icons from various sources of various styles. This isn't just a nod to the person who made the icon, but also a big help to people who adore icons you may be using and would like to know where to get the icon, or other such icons for use of their own. It also helps as a reminder of where you got your icons, if you should get bored of your current ones and want more of the same/similar. It just makes everyone happy.

This is an example of how to apply credit for mine, or anybody else's icons in your Userpics. You may adjust to fit your personal style (or what have you). Just as long as you provide credit appropriately.
