I'm still here. Just don't feel like I have much to say. Not feeling fannish. Incredibly stressed by kids. Yeah. That's pretty much life right now.

And now have a to do list:

studio time (which meant: continue cleaning)
fold laundry
dr appointment
eat lunch

Finally well and focused enough to make art, so yay! Suffering from very intense creative doubts as I post these WIPs, boo. I mean, really, does anyone but me actually care? It doesn't help that I don't feel I've caught his likeness particularly well, despite using the grid. Sigh. I'm reminding myself that I'm making a creative diary of sorts when I post them, so I do it for the academic/documentarian side of me. And for you. And apparently Veni, who's also been kind enough to be very encouraging about this particular piece. I love you guys.

The scotch is making me maudlin. I'm going to go read for a few minutes and put myself to bed.
