That challah looks quite good! In Cleveland a neighbor baked challah at Rosh hashannah but with more of a cinnamony-spice bread thing with apple chunks cooked into it, and it was to die for. Now you have me hungry.

Mmmm, that sounds divine! This is just plain challah, not at all flavored. My kids love it when I make challah :D I did post my recipes a while back, if you check out the bread tag...

Oh, I know. Any challah always tastes and smells good, even the virtual prospect of challah I have no chance of tasting because I'm on the other side of the computer. Love the taste of it, and just seeing the pictures was a treat.
