I'm really excited about Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead! We had to replace an actor and spent much of last night bringing him up to speed, but he's a quick study and has no lines, so I think that's going to work out well. And earlier in the evening I got to work with our Hamlet on his "What a piece of work is man" monologue and together we brought it up at least three notches. I love this part of the process, when we're picking everything apart and putting it back together better than ever.
