Preventative/screening due to family history, or is there some concern?

I don't know if it'll help you at all, but on the fasting day, I try to be mindful of people who are hungry all the time, and to remember to be thankful that I'll be able to eat what I want the very next day. Makes me feel less grumpy about being hungry. YMMV.
