Focusing on the positive this evening:

I had a really really lovely dinner with my friend who I've known for almost 18 years. God, really good to get together with her. Lovely meal, she had cookies and Frangelico with him (to hell with the diet for today).

Why feeling out of step?

I've just finished watching Cloud Atlas (its hardly showing at Cinema's anymore, pity) but the copy I got had the last few minutes missing (bummer) it's a good movie, I enjoyed it.

I also enjoyed mrscupcakery's CD - nice to see from Mordreds POV.

Agreed! I love seeing more of Mordred, as you might guess. Have you posted something for this week? I've been a bit slammed, so I might have missed it.

I've had a look around, but its all the same file, it finishes as Tom Hanks is going of on the ship with Halle Berry. (its sooo long!!)
There might be some more later, especially when it gets to DVD.

I have just posted a Merlin kiddie one, I needed something a bit less angsty!

That's a great gifset for Mordred -- if only he wasn't using that sword to kill Arthur...boo. :p I reblogged that on my Tumblr when I saw it. I had about the same problem with my PL fic -- having to delete an entire scene and all the words I'd written for nothing. :p Except as an exercise telling me what sounded good or not after reading it through. :p

I've been working steadily on my Merlin Muses fic more so recently, so my PL fic has been on the backburner a bit. I'm feeling rather confident about my Merlin Muses story. I'm glad for that. :) Yet still more nervous about it compared to my PL fic because the Merlin Muses fic is specifically for someone -- making me more anxious about it by default.

I hope you feel better tomorrow, or today I guess since this is a late comment. ;)

Boo on the sword usage, indeed. Lovely lovely Mordred.

I don't feel bad about deleting the words. I'm working my way through the story by writing it. It's not like I'm wasting anything.

Yay for feeling good about a story. Exchanges always make me nervous. God, I feel your pain.

Thanks! I ended up going to bed really late, which never helps anything. We'll see.
