Feeling MUCH better today. Brain fog is almost gone. I poked at my remix a bit, "wrote" 500ish words on PL, and made a jellyfish! I had the base already done, so all I had to do was whip this little guy out.  Eeeee. Hooray for progress on multiple fronts!

This first part of PL feels like a big rehashy slog, but I think once I get through it, I will feel much better. I have realized I want to intensify certain things too, so that should hold some of my interest:D

Progress is just great, especially when it involves me feeling functional again!

Thank you! I am so excited about how the jellyfish turned out. I have been wondering how to do one for a while, but until I got the Angelina last week, I was kind of at a loss. Even dh approves of this one:D

alkjasdlkj Every time you compliment me on one of my little quilts, I die (in a good way). Thank you so much bb. It really means a lot to me that you like what I'm cranking out. It's funny because I don't really think of them as "considered" but I was trying to figure out how to do a jellyfish for weeks and it finally jelled when I got my hands on the right materials. I think there are probably multiple awesome ways to do jellyfish and I hope to explore more of those in the future too.

Yeah, things are better. I'm hoping this leads to actual productivity... wish me luck! It's a long weekend here, with Monday being a public holiday so it's a possibility I'll actually finish stuff. *GASP*

Yay!!! Oooh, lucky girl. I wish I had a three day weekend, although yesterday was a snow day and the kids disappeared for quite a bit, so I got sewing things done and that felt very good.

That is sooo cool!! I really love the way the metallic thread looks, and the feathery texture to the body. Also, that strip of fabric you used on the bottom is PERFECTION. Kudos on this one bb!
